At Rihanna's Hair Extensions, we are committed to delivering your merchandise safely and efficiently. Please review this Shipping Policy to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time & Cut-Offs

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will generally be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (USPS)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) are subject to terms and conditions listed on the promotional page.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified carrier error or if we shipped the wrong item.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipping.


5. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • We are not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses may be available on a case-by-case basis; additional fees and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact us before placing your order.

  • Certain carriers may have restrictions on hygiene-regulated products; we reserve the right to select an appropriate carrier to ensure safe delivery.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, the risk of loss or theft is transferred to the carrier.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local USPS office and check with neighbors or household members.

  • For verified lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier, we will assist in filing claims or provide a replacement at our discretion, provided the customer contacts us promptly with proof of loss/damage.


8. Delays Due to External Factors

Shipping times may be affected by:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters or emergencies

  • Government regulations affecting delivery or customs (for international shipments)

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


9. Multiple Orders & Split Shipments

  • Orders placed at different times may ship separately.

  • Some items may require special handling and may ship from different warehouses, resulting in multiple packages.

  • Shipping costs for multiple packages are calculated individually unless otherwise noted.
